Happy Saturday! Here is my outfit from yesterday. It was a beautifully hot day in New York so I decided to wear this striped and floral maxi dress. I pulled some of my hair back in a braid to complete the look. Have a lovely weekend everyone!
In school we aren’t allowed to show our shoulders so I threw on this cropped jean jacket with the dress.

I liked your “elements and principles of design” cause you taught me many terms i didn’t know (am not as technically fashion savvy). I like your Call it Spring heels. How about you teach me how to sew (would love to make my own dresses too) and you tell me how to frame my pictures (cause i can’t seem to get it right with wordpress. Dunno why?)?

Thank You! The elements and principles of design post was actually an assignment for my fashion class. In regards to the sewing, I would deffinately go on youtube and look up a few tutorials. In the future I might do a couple ‘DIY’ posts on the dresses I’ve made and so on. The way I add my pictures is: new post > add media > upload files > and then I just grab my photos from iPhoto. I believe that the way your pictures look depends on the ‘theme’ of your blog. Hope that helps! I followed back 🙂
